A friendly message from our Principal Christine Mullooly on sticking together, along with information on our marketing leading property solutions such as virtual open home tours, designed to improve your real estate experience and make your life easier:

I hope you and your family well. We certainly didn't see this coming! I'm sure you have found yourself doing lots of odd jobs around the house that had been put off for a rainy day.

Personally, I have never done this much baking and cooking! I've also caught up with lots of old friends over the phone and found it great to reconnect with them all. We all need to stay strong, positive and look out for each other in times like these.

Since launching Key Real Estate, we have been working from a virtual office for nearly a year now. We are well prepared to carry on business from home and continue providing the same technology-focused real estate services, with the exception of not being able to do open homes or private viewings.

That's why we are offering you our extra services such as virtual open home tours and 3D floor plans for free! Have a look at 40 Thomas Cres which is an excellent example of this new technology.

We also provide an eForms service. This enables Vendors and Purchasers to sign and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements, without the need of a printer or scanner and of course a little help and guidance from us! Most lawyers are also working from home, so they will be able to process Sale and Purchase Agreements and provide any services as required.

If you want to list a property, don't worry, we can take your photos and turn them into something magical!!! We provide Photoshop and virtual home staging if you have any rooms that need a spruce up. We also offer virtual market appraisals of your home from your phone video so you can find out the real value of your property.

We strive to be the best real estate agents in Rotorua. Anything you need, please just ask.

Wishing you well and looking forward to a return from the "new normal."

Take care,

Christine

P.S. Remember to check out the virtual open home tour!
